4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the cuci22 Platform. 4.4 Employee Restriction

Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cuci22 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register or hold active accounts on the Platform.

5 Account Registration

To access the full suite of features on the cuci22 Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Registration information must match the documents provided during KYC verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. cuci22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection. 6 KYC Verification

10 Prohibited Activities

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of cuci22. Any unauthorised use of cuci22's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by cuci22

• The Account holder is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Account was registered using false or misleading information;

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, cuci22 may forfeit all balances held in the Account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. 14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

15 Amendments to Terms
